Jaret Christopher is a serial entrepreneur with 25+ years experience building vertical software companies.  Jaret has founded and led several fast growing, software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies with multiple 8-figure exits.  He has extensive experience within the following areas: SaaS, FinTech, CRM, MarTech, CannaTech, Omni-Channel marketing, B2B, B2B2C and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

Most recently, Jaret was the GM/VP of CRM Software business at WM Technology (NASDAQ: MAPS).  Previously, he was the Founder & CEO of Sprout, a leading cannabis software company acquired by WM Technology, shortly after going public in 2021 ($1.5 billion valuation).  

Jaret is an active real estate investor and the Founder of Christopher Capital Group, a privately-held real estate company with a portfolio of cash-flowing properties in emerging markets.  

He is also the Co-Founder/Chairman of Targeted Pharmaceuticals, a cannabinoid-based drug discovery and personalized medicine company.  Through a strategic relationship with George Mason University, Targeted Pharmaceuticals is developing therapies to treat breast cancer and HIV-Affiliated Dementia (HAD) and other central nervous system viruses.

Previously, Jaret was the GM/SVP Xeros, Inc  (London Stock Exchange: XSG.L) and led their Internet of Things (IoT) strategy.  

Prior to Xeros, Jaret was the CEO & Founder of MortgageCEO, a CRM and marketing software company for the FinTech industry which was acquired by Ellie Mae (NYSE: ELLI) in 2014 subsequently acquired by PE firm Thoma Bravo and Intercontinental Exchange ($11 billion valuation).

Prior to MortgageCEO, Jaret was the CEO & Founder of TrueAdvantage, a VC-backed account intelligence software company acquired by PE-firm Wasserstein & Co and subsequently acquired by InsideView and Demandbase.

Jaret began his career working in the energy conservation and green-tech industry for NORESCO (acquired by Equitable Resources, NYSE: EQT), and RES Consulting.
 
He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) with a degree in Management Engineering.

Jaret enjoys spending time helping other entrepreneurs  develop and launch innovative products, designing and implementing GTM and customer acquisition strategies, and build fast-growing, scalable businesses that create exponential shareholder value and successful exits.
