🚀 WM TECHNOLOGY ($1.5 billion IPO on NASDAQ)

Most recently, Jaret served as the GM/VP of CRM Software at WM Technology (NASDAQ: MAPS), a $200 million e-commerce software company, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s post-IPO expansion.
 

🚀 SPROUT (Acquired by WM Technology, a NASDAQ company)
Prior to this, he was the visionary Founder & CEO of Sprout, a pioneering cannabis software company that WM Technology acquired shortly after its public debut with a $1.5 billion valuation. Under Jaret’s leadership, Sprout raised $2 million in venture funding, achieved exponential growth, serving over 500 software clients located throughout the US and Canada.  Launched in 2018, Sprout quickly emerged as one of the leading cannabis CRM/loyalty and omni-channel software platforms reaching 2+ million consumers.

 

Jaret led the successful sale of Sprout to WM Technology in 2021 resulting in outsized financial returns to Sprout investors and shareholders.

🚀 MORTGAGECEO (Acquired by ELLIE MAE, a NASDAQ company)

Jaret’s entrepreneurial journey also includes being the Founder & CEO of MortgageCEO, a vertical SaaS company that builds CRM and marketing software designed for banks, credit unions, real estate firms and mortgage companies. Jaret founded MortgageCEO in 2004 and bootstrapped MortgageCEO using his own funds. He led the company through the financial crisis in 2008 and pivoted the business to focus on mid-market banks and credit unions while achieving 16 consecutive quarters of growth and profitability.

 

MortgageCEO was acquired by Ellie Mae (NYSE: ELLI) in 2014 and later by Thoma Bravo and Intercontinental Exchange.
 

🚀 TRUEADVANTAGE (Acquired by Wasserstein & Co, a Private Equity company)

His track record of success began with TrueAdvantage, a VC-backed account intelligence software company. The company's backers included top-tier investors like Atlas Ventures, Rustic Canyon Ventures, Tribune Media, highlighting Jaret’s ability to attract significant investment.  TrueAdvantage enabled technology companies, such as IBM and EMC, target high-probability sales prospects and integrated with with Salesforce.com.

As Founder & CEO, Jaret led the overall strategy and growth of the business. TrueAdvantage was acquired by Wasserstein & Co, a top-tier Private Equity firm, and later by InsideView and Demandbase.

🚀 XEROS (Successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange)

Jaret has also served as the GM/SVP at Xeros, Inc. which successfully completed an IPO on the London Stock Exchange). While at Xeros, Jaret spearheaded the company’s Internet of Things (IoT) strategy, developing an innovative platform that enhanced operational efficiencies within the hospitality sector.

 

🚀 CHRISTOPHER CAPITAL GROUP (Profitable real estate holding company)

Beyond the tech world, Jaret is an accomplished real estate investor and the Founder of Christopher Capital Group, a private real estate firm with a diverse portfolio of cash-flowing properties located in emerging suburban areas with top-ranked public schools and growing populations.
 

🚀 NORESCO (Acquired by Equitable Resources, a NYSE company)

Jaret’s career began in the energy conservation and green-tech industry, where he worked for NORESCO (acquired by Equitable Resources, NYSE: EQT) and RES Consulting, laying the foundation for his future successes.
 

🚀 TARGETED PHARMACEUTICALS (In Partnership with George Mason University)

In addition to his software ventures, Jaret is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Targeted Pharmaceuticals, an innovative, data-driven, drug discovery and personalized medicine company. In collaboration with George Mason University, Targeted Pharmaceuticals is developing groundbreaking therapies to treat breast cancer, HIV-Affiliated Dementia (HAD), and other central nervous system viruses.
 

🚀 C10 LABS (Artificial Intelligence, AI-First Venture Studio)

Jaret also shares his expertise as a Start-up Mentor at C10 Labs, an AI-first venture studio spun out of MIT Media Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
